Great overwhelming nature view... But I do like my cards sent from the country of origine and this one came from Canada...:(
Bryce Canyon National Park is named after Ebenezer Bryce, a pioneer who came to the area in 1875 to harvest timber, and helped to settle southwestern Utah and northern Arizona. The region was officially establised as a national park on September 15, 1928. Despite its name, this is not actually a canyon, but rather a giant natural amphitheater created by erosion along the eastern side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau.
